The Tac-Con 3MR trigger assembly for an AR-15 with a 3 position selector is compatible with weapons using AR-15 small pin .154″ mil-spec style fire control groups. The Tac-con 3MR is a drop-in 3-mode fire control system with Safe, Semi-Automatic, and Tac-Con™’s patented 3rd Mode. The three modes being Safe, Semi and assisted reset.

The positive reset characteristic is achieved by transferring the force from the bolt carrier through the trigger assembly to assist the trigger back onto the front sear. As a result, this gives the firearm the fastest reset possible. Both semi and 3rd mode positions exhibit a non-adjustable 4.5 pound trigger pull weight. The Tac-con 3MR allows for the bolt to assist the reset of the trigger. This only applies when the Tac-con is in the 3rd position.

Nothing to do but replace the selector and line up the trigger pins. It is fully adjusted out of the box.
